My name is Catherine Mosley and I am a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners in Beaufort, SC. Having called Beaufort my home since 2004, I transitioned from over 21 years in a corporate role that took me around the world negotiating contracts, managing clients, as well as, global teams. Now, I am privileged to have a real estate career in my wonderful hometown of Beaufort. This gives me the opportunity to leverage the experiences I have gained throughout my career and serve the current and future residents of Beaufort in their real estate needs. When it came time to buy our forever home, she once again went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Catherine was everything we could ask for in a realtor! As first time home buyers, we were unaware of what to expect. Catherine was firstly informative, driving us around Beaufort, giving us pros and cons to each area/neighborhood. She walked us step-by-step through the process until we had exactly what we were looking for, within our price range! She was timely in responses via email, phone and text, even conversing with the bank when needed. Highly recommend to any one looking to buy a home in Beaufort.

Catherine was very helpful in finding us our first home! She was able to work well with our schedule for visiting the area and provided useful information about the area and specific neighborhoods. Once under contract she sent weekly updates with how things were going and if we needed to do anything; which made the process smooth and easy.

My husband and I were matched up with Catherine via USAA and we could not have asked for anyone better! We were selling a house while we were living in another state, which made it slightly difficult. Catherine handled everything with such expertise. We joked with her after listing on a Wednesday, that we would give her until Friday to sell and she laughed and "accepted" the challenge. Little did we know, she would follow through and we had multiple offers on Thursday and "the" offer on Friday, and were under contract on Sunday. Catherine went above and beyond with her job.

What can I say about Catherine other then she was an absolute blessing to us. She went out of her way to ensure for a smooth sale of our house. Catherine treated us like family members through out this sale. Our house was listed by her and within 48 hours we had a contract!! There was no stone left unturned when it came to dealing with her. She is the eptiome of an abolsutle professional in the real estate industry. In my opinion she is the best in the area. Do not hesitate to use her at all, you will not be disappointed.
